This redemption service is operated for a marketing campaign run in partnership with Hong Kong Airlines (the “Campaign”). For questions or to exercise your rights, contact the campaign operator’s data protection contact (DPO) at the address shown on the campaign landing page.
We process this data solely to verify your eligibility and issue a campaign coupon. The lawful basis is your consent (PDPA s.19 / GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give on the redeem form and may withdraw at any time.
Only authorised campaign staff. Most staff see masked data; full data is limited to a single administrator. We do not sell your data. Verification queries are sent to Hong Kong Airlines’ booking system under the Campaign partnership.
Personal data is kept only for the duration of the Campaign and any required reconciliation period, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Subject to PDPA/GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent, and may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. To make a request, contact the DPO above with your e-ticket number.
